Purchased from 4 Sixes sale in 2001, Tivio Sunrise A.K.A. Tivy
is a really neat mare to ride, and is producing some really good colts.
We showed her for a short time in 2002,
but quit her and bred her after she started getting a little sore.
Looking back, we should have kept riding her, she would have been good.
Her first colt Sunshine Lena Rey (A.K.A. Rey Rey) by Shiners Lena Rey
is making a really good horse, good minded and trainable, very gentle.
I like this horse so much I sold him to my son Sam, age 10.
I'm going to show him myself until Sam is ready to show him in a year or two.
Her second colt, Hot Whiskey Girl (A.K.A. Whiskey), a 4 year old filly
by Paddys Irish Whiskey, is just like her brother Rey Rey, but maybe more talented.
Sam traded me out of her also.
Her 2006 filly Girl Wont Play Guns (click for photos), by Playgun, is coming along well in her training as a two year old now.
